What are the payment, cancellation and refund options?

You can pay by the methods displayed at checkout. For an online purchase, the current terms provide a 14-day cancellation period. Can I join from outside the UK?

Yes. The mentorship is open to adult learners worldwide. The projects, terminology, documentation standards, recruitment guidance, and professional expectations use UK-style Business Analysis industry practice, while the underlying skills and artefacts are transferable to many international markets.

Are the live sessions recorded?

Yes. Teaching sessions are recorded so enrolled learners can revisit explanations or catch up when work and personal commitments prevent live attendance. Recordings are for the registered cohort only and are not a substitute for completing the practical work or engaging with feedback.

Quick answers before you join

Clear answers about suitability, recorded sessions, practical experience, career outcomes, payments, refunds, and the support you receive before and after the programme.

Yes. The mentorship is designed to take beginners from foundational Business Analysis concepts into guided project work, portfolio artefacts, career positioning, and interview preparation. You do not need previous IT employment, although you must be willing to practise, complete tasks, and act on feedback.
You will work through an end-to-end business case and create artefacts such as stakeholder analysis, a RACI matrix, a power-interest grid, AS-IS and TO-BE process maps, BPMN diagrams, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, a BRD, and a prototype walkthrough. The emphasis is on understanding why each artefact is needed and being able to explain your decisions.
There is no single weekly number that suits everyone. Your commitment depends on your starting point, work and family responsibilities, project pace, and career goals. Plan for the live or recorded teaching plus regular time for project tasks, portfolio development, CV or LinkedIn work, applications, and feedback.
No. The journey shown on the website is a realistic happy-path illustration, not a promise that every learner will be hired within 90 days or six months. Employment outcomes depend on your effort, prior experience, location, market conditions, application consistency, interview performance, right-to-work position, and employer decisions.
Learners retain access to the alumni community for ongoing peer support, encouragement, career discussion, and relevant updates. Once you secure a role, Anderseed also provides six months of reasonable workplace guidance, including help thinking through unfamiliar BA tasks and professional situations; it does not replace your employer's training, management, or accountability.
