Services
Anderseed Consulting provides a BA Readiness Assessment, mentorship, and career education relating to Business Analysis. Services may include live and recorded sessions, guided project work, portfolio development, resources, CV and LinkedIn support, interview preparation, community access, and career guidance.
BA Readiness Assessment
The assessment produces personalised career guidance from the answers you provide. Its readiness score, stage, strongest area, growth area, and recommended steps are directional tools, not a professional qualification, recruitment decision, or guarantee of employment.
A first name and email address are required at the result-delivery step before the personalised result is displayed on screen. Marketing permission is requested separately, is optional, and is not required to access the result. The privacy notice explains assessment storage, analytics, consent records, and retention.
No employment guarantee
We do not guarantee employment, interviews, salary outcomes, or completion within a particular timeframe. The 90-day and six-month journey shown on the website is an illustrative happy path. Outcomes depend on your effort, prior experience, location, market conditions, applications, interview performance, right-to-work position, and hiring decisions outside our control.
Enrolment
Cohort places are confirmed after payment or an approved payment arrangement. Cohorts are kept small and places may be limited to preserve collaboration, learner support, and feedback quality.
Payments
Payment options may include card payment, Klarna where available, or bank transfer. Bank transfer references should include your full name and BA Mentorship so payments can be matched correctly.
Refunds
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to begin providing sessions, access, or personalised services during that period and then cancel, a proportionate amount may be deducted for services already supplied.
After the 14-day cancellation period, programme fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or your statutory rights. Individual services such as CV writing, CV review, interview preparation, and LinkedIn review are non-refundable once delivered.
Transfers and programme changes
One transfer to a future cohort may be allowed when requested before the original programme starts, subject to available places and written confirmation. If Anderseed cancels a cohort and cannot provide a suitable replacement, affected learners may choose a full refund for the undelivered programme or transfer to an available future cohort.
Sessions and recordings
Teaching sessions are recorded for enrolled learners, normally with access for 12 months. Cameras are optional. Learners must avoid sharing unnecessary personal or confidential information during recorded sessions and must not copy, publish, forward, resell, or share recordings outside the authorised cohort.
Materials
Programme recordings, templates, resources, and community materials are for personal learning only. They may not be copied, shared, resold, published, or used to create competing services. Learners may use their own completed project work as a portfolio case study while protecting personal information, other learners' work, and restricted materials.
Conduct
Learners are expected to behave respectfully in sessions and community spaces. We may remove access where behaviour is abusive, disruptive, or harmful to other learners.
