Yes. Learners who complete the programme and required project work receive an Anderseed certificate of completion. The certificate confirms participation and completion; it is not a regulated qualification, professional licence, or guarantee of employment.

You will work through an end-to-end business case and create artefacts such as stakeholder analysis, a RACI matrix, a power-interest grid, AS-IS and TO-BE process maps, BPMN diagrams, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, a BRD, and a prototype walkthrough. The emphasis is on understanding why each artefact is needed and being able to explain your decisions.

The flagship experience is one continuous Salesforce CRM implementation, worked through from Discovery to Deployment. You can then apply the same Business Analysis approach more independently in an HCM transformation challenge, with an ERP procurement scenario available as an optional capstone.

It provides realistic, guided project experience that helps you practise the work, language, judgement, and deliverables expected from a Business Analyst. Yes, you can use your own completed work as a portfolio case study and discuss it in applications and interviews. You must protect personal information, respect any confidentiality instructions, credit templates appropriately, and avoid sharing restricted programme materials or other learners' work.

No. The journey shown on the website is a realistic happy-path illustration, not a promise that every learner will be hired within 90 days or six months. Employment outcomes depend on your effort, prior experience, location, market conditions, application consistency, interview performance, right-to-work position, and employer decisions.

It means being better prepared to understand BA responsibilities, produce and explain core artefacts, discuss an end-to-end project, present transferable experience, and approach applications and interviews with a clear strategy. It does not mean that learning stops after the programme or that an employer must offer you a role.

No. Anderseed provides tools, feedback, preparation, and accountability, but you are responsible for searching, networking, applying, responding to recruiters, preparing properly, and attending interviews. This keeps your applications truthful and helps you build the independence needed for a long-term career.

No salary is guaranteed. Any salary or contract-rate information on the website is an indicative market snapshot and can vary by country, location, industry, role scope, prior experience, market conditions, and employer. Always check current vacancies and local salary sources before making a financial decision.

Learners retain access to the alumni community for ongoing peer support, encouragement, career discussion, and relevant updates. Once you secure a role, Anderseed also provides six months of reasonable workplace guidance, including help thinking through unfamiliar BA tasks and professional situations; it does not replace your employer's training, management, or accountability.

Yes, where availability is shown. Services such as CV support, LinkedIn review, job application guidance, career counselling, or interview preparation may be purchased separately. The programme bundle is priced to combine training, project work, and career support at a lower total than purchasing all listed services individually.

If your place is approved, Anderseed sends secure payment instructions so you can choose the method that suits you. You can pay by the methods displayed at checkout. For an online purchase, the current terms provide a 14-day cancellation period. If you ask Anderseed to begin providing services during that period and then cancel, a proportionate amount may be retained for services already supplied; after the cancellation period, fees are generally non-refundable except where the law or your statutory rights require otherwise.

Your request will be assessed under the terms, the timing of purchase, the services already delivered, and applicable consumer law. After the 14-day cancellation period, programme fees are generally non-refundable. Missing sessions or deciding not to continue does not automatically create a refund because recordings and programme access remain available.

One transfer to a future cohort may be allowed when requested before the original programme starts, subject to available places and written confirmation from Anderseed. A transfer is not automatic after teaching or personalised services have begun, and any exceptional request will be considered fairly against the programme terms.

If Anderseed cancels a cohort and cannot provide a suitable replacement, affected learners can choose a full refund for the undelivered programme or transfer to an available future cohort. If a session is rescheduled, Anderseed will provide reasonable notice and, where possible, a recording or replacement session.

The free Telegram community is open to prospective learners and shares BA tips, encouragement, events, and cohort updates. The alumni community is part of the premium programme and is intended for deeper peer connection, continued career discussion, and support after completion.

It means continued access after your cohort for as long as Anderseed operates the community and you follow its rules. The platform, format, schedule, and activities may change over time so the community can remain useful and sustainable.

Learners must communicate respectfully, protect other people's personal information and work, avoid harassment or discrimination, and use programme resources responsibly. Serious or repeated harmful behaviour may lead to restricted or removed access under the programme terms.

For the BA Readiness Assessment, information includes your eight answers, calculated result, a secure technical identifier and, at the result-delivery step, your first name and email address. A separate optional marketing choice is recorded only when the result form is submitted. Depending on how else you interact with Anderseed, information may also include your phone number, referral source, application details, payment-related records, messages, feedback, and programme participation information.

Assessment information is used to calculate, store and display the personalised result you requested. Anonymous step events are used to understand the assessment funnel. Other information is used to respond to enquiries, process applications and payments, provide programme access and support, administer recordings and community spaces, meet legal or accounting obligations, improve services, and send marketing only where there is an appropriate lawful basis.

No. Cameras are optional. Learners are told that teaching sessions are recorded and can keep their camera off or limit personal information shared on screen. Private 1:1 or sensitive conversations should not be included in a group recording unless the people involved have been clearly informed and the recording is appropriate.

Recordings are restricted to authorised Anderseed personnel and enrolled learners who need access for the programme. Learners must not download, publish, forward, resell, or share recordings with anyone outside the authorised cohort. Access is normally removed after the stated 12-month period or earlier where required for safety, privacy, or compliance.

Anderseed does not sell personal information. Assessment records use first-party application storage operated through Anderseed's hosting and database infrastructure. Trusted providers may process other information for hosting, forms, payments, analytics, video sessions, recordings, email services, or customer administration. Brevo is not connected to the assessment in this MVP, so assessment contacts are not automatically transferred to it at this stage.

Yes. The assessment marketing checkbox is separate and optional: your name and email are requested for the result-delivery step, but leaving the marketing box unticked does not prevent access to your result. If you opt in later, you can unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time. Subject to applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection relating to your personal information.

An unfinished assessment draft is kept in your browser for up to 24 hours. Anonymous raw funnel events are kept for up to 7 days before deletion after aggregation. A named assessment lead, including the contact and recorded marketing choice, is initially kept for up to 12 months and then reviewed for deletion, anonymisation, or a documented continuing need. Programme recordings are normally available to enrolled learners for 12 months; the privacy notice explains other records.

Yes. Contact Anderseed before enrolment or as soon as a need becomes clear, explain the barrier you are experiencing, and request a reasonable adjustment. Anderseed will discuss what can practically be provided for live sessions, recordings, documents, communication, or task submission.

Report the issue promptly with enough information to identify the problem, while avoiding passwords or sensitive payment details. Anderseed will help with programme access it controls, but learners remain responsible for a suitable device, internet connection, email access, and any third-party account required for participation.

Complaints will be reviewed fairly, with relevant records and programme terms considered, and privacy concerns can also be raised through the contact route in the privacy notice.
